The Citizens Police Academy is aimed at bridging the gap that sometimes exist between police officers and the community they serve. Participants are given a “behind the badge” look at law enforcement from the perspective of the patrol officer. They learn firsthand what it’s like to face some of the challenges today’s officers deal with, while at the same time expressing their own thoughts and concerns.
We are a 501(c) (3) Non-Profit Organization since 2019 and depend solely on the generous support of our members and sponsors.

The mission of the Alumni Association is to present and promote a continuing positiveimage of all law enforcement; to promote goodwill between the community and
Harris County Constables Pct 5; to plan,originate, aid, and/or assist the
department and the citizens in promoting and supporting civic projects and programs
for the betterment of the community and its citizens.
